Kalamandir Saksham SHG Federation is the umbrella organisation of 130 tribal and indigenous artisans from remote villages. There is no child labour. Everyone gets equal wages. No discrimination of gender, caste, color. Biponi not only offers them a shelter but also a sustainable livelihoods through marketing of their products. Beside their regular wages Federation pays them annual dividend, welfare of their children, pension to old artisans; it adds to their self esteem. Ii is managed by fellow artisans only. All income goes either to individual artisan who makes it or the corpus of the society which maintains a transparent account . We accept philanthropic donation and charity for : pension , children’s education, new technology”.
